WW1 Imperial German Soldier's M15 Mess Tin
A nice service used (been there) example of the short lived tin lined M15 mess tin, both pieces are 1916 dated but with mismatched makers names, the main body bears the name Met.Fabr and the lid A. Freundlich (I think), most definitely a wartime marriage as both parts have remnants of the same paint finish & same amount of surface wear.
