WW2 British Desert Camouflaged MK2 Helmet
An early war sand textured camouflage helmet made by 'RO & Co Ltd' (Rubery Owen & Co Ltd of Leeds) in 1939 which is stamped to the underside of the rim.
The external sand textured paint finish has a 'used' look with some small patches of surface rust, but what makes this more interesting is a small letter 'K' painted to the front and rear. The internal paintwork is the original ... read more
