WW2 1945 Kangol Black Beret (RTR / Royal Armoured)

An excellent condition 1945 dated British made black beret being the type worn by the Royal Tank Regiment & Royal Armoured Corps.

The small size 6 1/2 beret is clearly stamped 'Kangol Wear Limited' along with its ' Z ' code (denoting 1945) acceptance mark, a 100% original & correct beret.

The black wool body retains excellent colour and not faded, as bold as the day it was made (photos were taken in bright sunlight), few moth nips present especially near to vent eyelets but hardly noticeable, one small nip on leather edging , best to mention.

a small size beret but perfect for display purposes, great looking beret, please study the images in regards to condition.
