RAF 1951 Pattern Flying Boots (Size 10 M)

A good service used pair of early 1950's RAF chromed leather flying boots.

This pair are the early pattern with leather soles as later models were rubber, very similar in style to their predecessor the 1943 pattern escape boots but without the fleece lining, both boots retain their original thin leather labels one lightly impressed with details the other now indiscernible.

The label bears the faint 22C stores prefix, a broad arrow mark and 10 M (medium width).

The boots are in good service used condition but do have a few scuffs and light score marks present, the soles do show signs of wear but remain firm, rubber heels may be replacements.
