WW2 Air Ministry Navigator's Chart Board Lamp **Restoration Project**

A well used RAF navigator's chart board lamp stores reference 5C/1551 12/24 volt being the type used in Lancaster and Wellington heavy bombers.

The white metal lamp has had its Bakelite dimmer switch removed but these can be found and easily reattached, wiring loom needs replacing/upgrading, the lower jaw of the spring clip has broken off and a long time ago by the look of it, the spring itself remains incredibly strong, slight twist in the main arm.

A worthy little restoration project as these lamps now demand high prices, starting at £250 and then skyward.
