Original WW2 British Army / Airborne Camouflaged Scrim Net Scarf

An original WW2 period camouflaged scrim net.

This pattern of scrim net was used by British and Commonwealth troops for concealment purposes and as a neck scarf, most often worn by special forces especially Commando and Airborne forces.

This scrim net has the correct wartime weave and the flowing brown camouflage pattern throughout, the scarf is in excellent condition apart from one small hole, retains good colour for a service used item, actually came out of a uniform group.

Measures approx. 42 inches x 30 inches.

A genuine scrim net and not a modern copy.
