1940's - 50's British Army Short Length Wool Puttees

Good condition pair of 36 inch long beige coloured wool puttees, these short variant of puttee were in service during late WW2 and continued to be worn right through to the 1980's. No moth damage, good cotton tapes with little wear.
This pair were discovered along with a well worn, early looking 1922 pattern cap with small King's crown side buttons so possibly pre-1952.
