Royal Engineers - S.E.A.C Shoulder Title

A very clean, removed from uniform Royal Engineers - South East Asia Command shoulder title, a neatly embroidered theatre-made example, the serge backing cloth appears to be the same material as used in the construction of Indian made BD's.
