Scarce WW2 British Airborne Issue Binoculars

A scarce pair of British Airborne issue Galilean 2 1/2 x 50 binoculars which remain in good working order along with excellent optics.
The bridge bears the correct stores reference number (V.F 2506) for British Airborne issue, the Bakelite oculars are in excellent condition and free from any cracks or chips.
There is some loss of finish to the crackle coated brass body where the small brass rivets on the original leather neck strap have been rubbing against the body whilst inside the leather case, case now absent.
Excellent optics.
