WW1 British Army Folding Trench Lantern

A fresh to the market WW1 British army folding trench lantern in original untouched condition, the lantern and case are both dated 1915 and bear Birmingham makers names + War Department broad arrows stampings.
The original thin gauge glass panes/panels are all intact and in good order apart from one edge chip (shown in the images), the external leather strap that would have been on the case is now missing apart from a short section that is still attached to the main body.
A wonderful and iconic piece of trench warfare equipment.
