An all original early wartime produced National Fire Service MKII helmet bearing a number 25 decal which is the designated code for the Stone region in Staffordshire.

The size 6 3/4 liner is the early MKI pattern with the oval shaped dome pad, the cradle bears the makers name C.S & W Ltd 1939, the Rexene tongues retain some flexibility and not too dry like so many found today.
