Rare 1938 Air Ministry Heavy Weight Pulley Wheel

A large 1938 dated Air Ministry twin wheeled pulley being the type possibly used for the installation & removal of heavy aero engines ( overall length 18 inches).
The pulley without any packaging weighs in at 8.5 Kg so please contact me regarding carriage costs or possible collection.
