1942 British Motorcyclists Steel Helmet

A very clean example of a motorcyclists / despatch riders helmet manufactured by Briggs Motor Bodies in 1942, the shell retains the original factory applied paint finish ( large scuff to the front), the liner is also in very good condition with all leather work still supple (very light scuffing / wear to front edge of head band) nicely stamped with date & size 6 3/4.
